END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)<\/b><\/h1>\n

This End User License Agreement (“<\/span>Agreement<\/b>“) is a legally binding agreement between you (“<\/span>User<\/b>,” “<\/span>you<\/b>,” or “<\/span>your<\/b>“) and <\/span>Route Manager Software and Development, Inc.<\/b> (“<\/span>Company<\/b>,” “<\/span>we<\/b>,” “<\/span>us<\/b>,” or “<\/span>our<\/b>“).<\/span><\/p>\n

By accessing or using the <\/span>Sanitation Manager<\/b> software-as-a-service platform (the “<\/span>Service<\/b>“), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Grant of License<\/b><\/h2>\n

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a <\/span>limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license<\/b> to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes, as permitted by your subscription plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

No ownership rights are granted to you under this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Account Registration<\/b><\/h2>\n

You may be required to create an account to use the Service. You agree to:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Provide accurate and complete information<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Keep your login credentials confidential<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Route Manager Software and Development, Inc.<\/b> is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Restrictions<\/b><\/h2>\n
